Winter concert funraiser January 2011 - Raised more than $500 for local charities.

A Tribute to George Girshwin Vocal Show was performed at two local schools in Sparta. Sparta Mohawk Avenue school and Sparta High in March and April 2011.
Students Raised $1400 for Global and local Charities including sparta public schools.

Awards June 2011 Twenty students were selected to receive awards in several categories: Arts Excellence, Altruism, Academic Acellence. Awards banquet took place in Sparta, NJ

Art Show for the students of biryukov academy was a huge success and had hundreds gather to view the art work.

Celebrating DADS! Vocal and instrumental shows. fundraised for multiple charities june 2011.

Biryukov participated in the mid atlantic music competition 2011 in Vocal and music theater categories and brought home first place awards in classical voice; Alice Sangurov , 2nd place musical theater; Michelle cella , third place idol; Christian Patricci , first place pop; Jaydeep Mukherjee , fifth place classical solo; Raquel Warehime.

Gladis Martinez our piano and vocal instructor was awarded national honoral status for preparing students on a national level and for guild examinations.

Community Group Peak Performance has been hosted at Biryukov Academy since Oct. 2010 and was invited to host martin williams, an everest and north pole explorer along with having direct skype conversations with India.

Miss Sparta June 2011 contestants will be having a creative workshop conducted by biryukov academy.
